Practice counts too
Some trainings require a short on-the-job assessment after the online module, signed off by a team lead, group owner or org admin. The certificate is only released after their ✓ — so you know what was learned has also been applied on the floor. Configurable per training.
Training matrix per production line and role
Map your operation the way it really runs: define production lines, define job roles, and link the trainings each role on each line needs. The platform builds a live skill matrix that fills with green as people complete their trainings — so at a glance you see who is fully qualified, who is close, and who is not yet deployable.
Auto-assign on link
Link a person to a role on a line and the required trainings are assigned automatically. Change the role, and the matrix updates with no extra admin work.
Expiry reminders
Trainings can have a validity period (e.g. 12 months). The platform reminds the right people in advance — by line if you want — so certificates never lapse unnoticed.
Deployability at a glance
Need to know who you can deploy tomorrow on line 2? The deployability view scores every team member against a line × role and shows who is ready, who is one training away, and who is not.
View the matrix per training or per employee, filter by line or role, export to PDF/CSV for your auditor, and bulk-import the people × role × line links from a CSV when you onboard a new site.
